Kanaʻiolowalu is a project of the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission. It is a campaign to reunify Native Hawaiians in the self-recognition of our unrelinquished sovereignty, by enrolling Native Hawaiians and supporters in this declaration. Those Native Hawaiians who are on the list and are 18 years of age as of the date of certification will be eligible to participate in the organization of a governing entity.
